What can I sow now?

July is perfect for sowing Biennials and Perennials  πŸ™‚

Of course, you can sow these in spring but haven't you enough to do then?

Biennials, (and most perennials), flower in their second year so summer's a great time to sow and gives you more time in the spring for sowing your vegetables and annuals flowers.

They usually have time to get big enough to plant out in the autumn and although they may not put on a lot of top growth they will be developing a good root system ready to get off to a great start next spring.

Don't forget to check out our Perennial and Biennial money saving collections in tins too 🐝

If you're not too sure which plants are Perennials and which Biennials, simply put either term in our search box and scroll down until you get to the Perennial Plants List or the Biennial Plants List.
