Ragged Robin is an upright plant with pink, double, narrow petalled flowers, popular with bumblebees, butterflies and Honeybees. It will self seed once established.
Sow in spring or early autumn. Sow either into seed trays for pricking out and planting out when larger or into bio-degradable pots and then planted out, (recommended). Can also be sown directly into moist soil. where it will self seed once established. Prepare the soil by removing any weeds and raking lightly. Scatter the seeds thinly on the soil surface where they are to grow, and gently rake them in or cover lightly with soil. In all methods, keep the soil moist at least until germination.
