Site and soil type: Prefers rich moist soil in sun or partial shade.
Care: Remove flower spikes when they appear. Can be divided in autumn.

French sorrel forms large clumps of long leaves with tall striped flower stems in June and July.
Small leaves can be eaten in salads and can be used sparingly in soups and omelettes.
Peat-free, pesticide-free, plastic-free.
