Also known as bee balm this has very small white flowers and a beautiful lemon scent and flavour.
Can be used whenever a lemon flavour is needed in either sweet or savoury dishes by chopping into food but use raw as the flavour is not so pleasant when cooked, (add to dishes at the end of cooking).
Perfect for adding to cold drinks or blended with yoghurt.
Peat-free, pesticide-free, plastic-free.
All plants are sent to you in an eco-friendly cardboard POSIpot or fibre pot, (made from wood pulp), together with a wooden ID label and care instructions. In both cases these can be planted straight into the ground in the pot which will biodegrade.
