Hyssop is a semi-evergreen shrubby herb with aromatic leaves and blue, white or pink flowers loved by pollinators.
A good plant for hedging beds or herb gardens, the strongly flavoured leaves can be used sparingly in stews and the white flowers sprinkled on salads.
Warning - Do not use hyssop during pregnancy
