Site and soil type: Well drained fertile soil in sun or semi shade.
When to sow: Late spring and summer for outside planting, all year round for indoor growing.
Coriander has small flat umbels of white or reddish flowers from mid-summer to early autumn.
The leaves and seeds are used widely in Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine.
