Grass like flattened leaves with a mild garlic flavour and pretty white flowers very popular with pollinators.
Fresh chopped leaves can be added to salads, sauces, omelettes etc.
Sow directly into prepared ground, (weeded and lightly raked) and lightly cover the seeds with a sprinkling of soil and gently water. Seeds are best sown in groups rather than singly.
