Site and soil type: Light, well-drained soil in a sunny position.
Care: Cut back after flowering for a new flush of leaves.
When to sow: Spring to early autumn
Greek oregano has dark green leaves and white or pale pink flowers much loved by pollinators.
It is one of the best oregano types for flavour and can be used in Mediterranean dishes.
