Also known as Ague Weed, Dutch agrimony and holy rope.
Hemp agrimony is a tall upright bushy plant with reddish stems and clusters of tiny light pink flowers from late summer into autumn.
In the wild it is found in in marshes and damp grassland or woodlands. The flowers attract many different kinds of insects including Red Admiral and Small Tortoiseshell butterflies.
Sow in spring or early autumn. Prepare the soil by removing any weeds and raking lightly.
Scatter the seeds thinly on the soil surface where they are to grow, and gently rake them in or cover very lightly with soil, (do not bury too deep). Water gently.
They can also be grown in pots or trays inside, (I recommend using peat free biodegradable pots), and planted out when grown.
Do not let seed bed or pots dry out before seeds have germinated.
Contents: Approximately 300 seeds / 0.1 g
