When to sow: Mid-spring to early autumn
Where to sow Outside, direct into soil. Under cover, into biodegradable pots.

Chervil is a sweet smelling plant with pale green delicate leaves and umbels of white flowers in early summer.

A good herb to use in omelettes, soups and vegetable dishes but add toward the end of cooking to avoid flavour loss.
